INNOVATIVE FORMS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

It is no secret that banks possess huge financial resources, and, hence, have good potential for introduction of innovations in the field of personnel management. Today some commercial banks of Russia (VTB, Sberbank (Savings Bank), Alpha bank) can serve as a vivid example of effective organization of labour activity. Thus the favourite in the working out of innovative activity forms is “Sberbank” which is is going to introduce the new form of labour organization which has no analogues not only in domestic, but also in foreign practice. We will consider this idea which is called crowdsourcing in details.
