Budget system as a source of ensuring the state’s security

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the budget system of the Russian Federation as an element of the national security of the country. The research was carried out by analyzing the theoretical sources presented by the current regulatory framework, as well as the scientific literature devoted to the considered and related topics. Interrelation of the categories under consideration was reflected in the process of study within the framework of the analysis of structure and composition, which made it possible to identify the features of their interaction. As a result, the problem was identified and the relevance of the work was justified, as well as the area of the country's budgeting and the system of ensuring state’s security at the national level were fully studied. Influence of the budget system on the national security of the state was also established and characterized. In addition, the reasons explaining why the budget system acts as a source of the entire national security system of the country are identified. Actual threats to its functioning are identified and measures to prevent them are outlined. The practical significance of the results obtained reflects the necessity to ensure the functioning of the budget system and to support its further development in order to preserve the qualitative state of the state’s national security, and, consequently, to ensure comprehensive progress in all spheres of the society. In turn, the results of the conducted research can serve as a source of information for future works of scientists in this field, which eliminates the necessity to study the theoretical foundations of the topic under consideration in details.
