MASTERCLASS AS AN INTERACTIVE METHOD OF STAFF TRAINING

Abstract

The article is devoted to the rules of conducting lessons in the form of a master class which is considered to be modern interactive teaching method. Modern teaching methods are based on the involvement of the student into educational process. Lesson in the form of a dialogue can solve the the problem and promotes better mastering of the material presented by the teacher. Masterclass is one of the most popular ways of conducting such lessons when the student gets information from the teacher (master). Before the lesson it is necessary to work out a detailed plan of actions carefully. In the article the concept of masterclass is defined and the problems and the algorithm of its creation are presented. There is also information about its content. What is necessary for estimation of its preparation and efficiency is described in detail. Principles of preparation of a masterclass are presented. The idea, that transfer of productive modes of operation is one of the purposes of the teacher, is underlined. The concept of problem situation (inductor), adjusting the person on self-development is given, and its features are described. The basic human requirements which the teacher should aspire to realize in the course of masterclass are singled out.
