Abstract

Development of modern economic systems tends to transition to innovative economy, where human capital plays the basic role acting as the main productive force of the society. In such economic systems its market realization is carried out in the market of human capital. The features of its functioning are considered in the article on the basis of the analysis of this market specificity. Special attention is paid to institutional infrastructure of the market of human capital. Estimation of the state of the market of human capital in Russia is given.
