New approaches to the organization of training process of financial literacy bases

Abstract

Being one of the main tutors of future generation the teacher of future now tries to bring the basis of financial literacy to children. Real specialist demonstrates on his own example that to speak about money is not a shame. He teaches to dispose of the budget correctly, tells how to secure oneself and the property against swindlers. The direction is a new stage in the development of pedagogical culture. Thus the majority of young teachers initiate the study of the question. Hence, the question on financial literacy of the future teacher is actual in the modern world as never before. The purpose of the work is to consider the key skills to study financial literacy by the children, to study the possibility of creation of teachers' communities which will further promote the development of financial literacy of children through the basic school subjects, courses, circles, games and actions. To achieve this goal it is necessary to estimate the availability of methodical support at schools and places of supplementary training of schoolchildren and to estimate teachers' qualification concerning financial literacy. Having studied the basic skills for financial literacy study, we found out that both preschool children, and students of higher educational institutions can master the speciality. If the majority of qualification programs of experts in financial sphere are generalized, teachers of future can appear in each region. The strategy is a new stage in the development of Russian economy.
