REENGINEERING MECHANISM OF BUSINESS PROCESSES

Abstract

Realization of the idea of quality management system about constant development and modernization, analysis, revealing of tendencies, operative modification, rationalization and perfection for the purpose of decrease of material, financial, labour and time expenses in production cycle, fulfilling the requirements of consumers and/or the state, introduction of quality management programs, solution of intra-organizational contradictions, and etc is impossible without detailed description of business processes. Modern company carrying out its activity under conditions of dynamically developing environment cannot be static. Now management of business processes plays the key role as it actively stimulates efficiency increase and is supported by information technologies. Therefore studying of the reengineering model and its implementation is an integral part of strategic planning in current economic situation.
