Labor remuneration analysis taking into account trade specifics

Abstract

The problems of the machine-building industry of the region as a factor of competitiveness of the region are considered in the article. The machine-building industry is one of the key sectors of the economy of Perm Region, and competitiveness of the region determines the level of its development as a whole. Under modern economic conditions, functioning and development of high-tech enterprises are affected by such negative factors as economic sanctions, low level of labor productivity and availability of investment resources, technological lag in related areas and industries, as well as dependence on imported spare parts and components. The analysis of labor productivity and wages is carried out on the example of the largest enterprise of machine-building industry of Perm Region. The purpose of the article is comparative analysis of production indicators, wages and labor productivity to identify competitive advantages of machine-building industry in Russia and in Perm Region, using the methods of comprehensive systematic case study.
