Features of incomes formation of commercial medical companies at the expense of borrowed funds

Abstract

Commercial medicine uses not only its own resources in the activity, but borrowed funds as well. First of all, businessmen occupied in the sphere of public health services can borrow funds through lending organizations. That is why, effective models of interaction of public health institutions and lending organizations are of great value. Rational modelling of mutual relations with servicing bank is the precondition of volume increase and quality improvement of the rendered medical services and incomes increases. The purpose of the article is to define and form consistently realized directions of the qualitative analysis of the commercial medical organization activity to estimate its creditworthiness. The research methodology includes methods and techniques of financial analysis to substantiate incomes growth of the commercial medical organization as a result of borrowed funds. The scientific novelty of the materials presented in the article is in scientifically-reasoned substantiation of assumptions concerning incomes growth of the medical company at the expense of the received borrowed funds taking into account quality and variability improvement of medical services. Conclusions and suggestions allow to make substantiated administrative decisions on the basis of competent and grounded management of financial resources.
