Possibilities of use of economical manufacture concept at the dairy enterprise

In the article, the authors disclose the necessity of complex approach at introduction of lean-concept at the dairy enterprise and the possibility to improve ecological stability in the chains of fresh meal deliveries for the account of use of economical manufacture principles. The object of the research is industrial activity of Russian dairy enterprise of Vimm-Bill-Dann. The subject of the research is a set of methods and toolkit of economical manufacture which are effectively used in practice and implemented into manufacture processes. According to the authors, there is an objective confidence of application of the approach to any dairy enterprise. To realize the existing possibilities of the program of economical manufacture successfully it is necessary to generate methodology of its practical application, which includes the sequence of interdependent stages.Downloads
