Current trends of both state and regional policies regarding stabilization of investment climate in Russia have a positive trend. Innovative development projects which are widely discussed by the public and professionals prove this fact. The article highlights the state and development of the investment environment in the Ryazan region. Against the background of positive trends of the development of legislative conditions there is inefficient use of investment potential at its high enough presence in the region, which allowed actualizing the development problems of financial tools for the evaluation and control over its level to create a better investment climate not only on their sites, but in the region and in the country as a whole. The factors of internal and external impact on the investment climate are structured according to the following characteristics: institutional and legal, financial and economic, social and managerial. That allowed to substantiate the relationship between macro and microeconomic indicators for capital and investment risks assessment.Downloads
