Substantiating the urgency of managerial decisions to ensure financial stability of insurance companies both for insurers, and separate public institutions, tightening of state control and regulation of the insurance business should be noted in order to fulfill the requirements of insurance legislation, protect the interests and rights of the insured, insurers, the state and other subjects of the insurance market The article is devoted to the study of the financial stability of the insurance company and substantiation of management mechanism for this category including the sequence of interrelated stages. Priority directions for improving management mechanism of the financial stability of the insurance company are presented.Downloads
