Competitive advantages and THE problems of introduction of domestic information Managements systems of PROJECT activity

Abstract

For a long time information-technological landscape of Russian enterprises has been focused on the applied software products of western developers. In particular, project-oriented organizations for automated support of the life cycle stages of both a separate project, and a portfolio of projects management used, as a rule, an individual tool or Microsoft consolidated information systems. At the same time, the complex of measures on the support of domestic software developers accepted within the limits of implementation of the state import substitution strategy promoted occurrence of applied decisions in the IT market, being not worse than foreign analogues on functional and the general set of parametres, but also having competitive advantages. Thus the enterprises are inert enough in the implementation questions of domestic software products. The fears are connected with the absence of sufficient positive experience of their use, mistrust to reliability of domestic products and possibility of loss of corporate data as a result of failures, resistance of employees due to the necessity to learn new unusual technologies of work. They lead to certain problems of Russian developers in advancement of the products in the national market. In the research the results of integrated estimation of the functional of the most popular in the Russian market ISPM “Advanta and MS Project Server are presented. Competitive advantages and the problems connected with introduction of domestic product are singled out.
