The market of capitals is a part of financial market where supply and demand in intermediate term and long-term borrowed capital is formed. In the article globalization of the market of capitals and growing need for support by the infrastructure of this globalization is considered. It is noticed that functioning of the market gives the chance for the enterprises to solve the problems of formation of investment resources and effective financial investment. Actions which it is necessary to undertake for Russia to form effective market of capitals in conformity with world practice, and actions to regulate it are emphasized. Such market allows transferring assets with minimum losses.Downloads
