METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF MODERN FINANCIAL POLICY

Abstract

The author considers an actual question for modern Russia about the necessity of radical change of existing scientific approaches to working out and definition of financial policy of the subjects of the Russian Federation under conditions of financial instability. In the article methodological aspects of formation of the concept of “financial policy” are considered. Modern condition of the researches in the field of methodology of the state financial policy is described. The consequences of disadvantages of methodological aspects of financial policy are shown and the necessity of carrying out of the researches which would be aimed at adaptation of the formulated theoretic-methodological concepts to the realities of modern life and possibilities of strategic planning is substantiated. The solution of the considered problems will promote the development of financial policy and national economy as a whole.
