INFLUENCE OF NEW TENDENCIES ON BANKING BUSINESS

Abstract

In the article the directions in the financial sphere influencing banking business are described. Influence of the basic technological components on the new model of banking business aimed at transformation of the bank into the integrator of the values in the digital space is defined. The main divergence of servicing clients on the example of comparison of the new model with the traditional one is shown. Russian market of banking services has huge potential for escalating of its volume, but mentality peculiarities and some economic features do not allow banking sector to make big breakthrough against its foreign colleagues. Banking sector aspires to processes automation, reduction of servicing time, but there is still much “paper" work. Except innovations inside the banks, state support in in the form of laws, statutory acts, and etc. is needed.
