MODERN MARKET OF MEAT PRODUCTION

Abstract

Now domestic food market functions under conditions of foreign economic sanctions and Russian food embargo. On the one hand, it creates favorable prospects for the development of Russian market of foodstuffs production. But on the other hand, such situation forms a number of certain problems for domestic food market. As a result, it raises the urgency of consideration of the problem of modern state of the market from the position of meat production in our country. To our mind, besides estimation of the state of the meat market basic attention should be given to the factors, which influence the production quality and the assortment of the production. Quality of production is one of key tools of competitive struggle against foreign commodity producers for today. Production assortment also raises competitive positions of domestic manufacturers of meat production in many respects. Thus, the main objective of the article is to study the processes in the Russian market of meat production. To achieve this goal we have solved the following problems: factors influencing the state of the domestic market of meat production are revealed; standard documents regulating the quality of this kind of production are studied.
