The article discusses the mechanism of public health financing and its problems and prospects in the Russian Federation. The principles of single-channel system of financial provision of public health in Russia, as well as its advantages and disadvantages in today's economy are described. Regulatory aspects of single-channel financing system of the sector are presented. Measures for optimizing healthcare at the expense of reforming and the results of these measures are given in the article.Downloads
