Effectiveness increase of motivation system at the enterprise is actual for today. In modern management motivational aspects are of increasing value. Personnel motivation is the basic means of optimum use of resources, mobilization of available personnel potential. It is stipulated by the fact that proper and effective system of personnel motivation and qualitative personnel management increase profit, and as consequence increase enterprise competitiveness.
