The theme of the article is actual, as financial control is necessary in any society based on commodity-money relations. Its role in the countries with developed market economy is especially great as one of the major directions of the activity of managing subjects is to increase its efficiency obligatory observing the established rules of law. In the article organization and state financial control over the use of budgetary funds for target programs is considered. Besides, the design procedure of cumulative efficiency indicator of state financial control for annual evaluation of SFC activity and directions of perfection of program-target management of program budget expenses is presented.Downloads
