VALUE CONSCIOUSNESS OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AS A SPECIAL SOCIAL GROUP

Abstract

In the article the problem of value consciousness and value orientation of government employees is considered. Singling out three kinds of orientation - for work as an activity, for remuneration for work and for career, the author underlines, that all of them have destinctive features with reference to public service as a whole, and they also depend on a number of subjective and objective factors.
