Under modern conditions the enterprises often face bankruptcy problems. That is why it is important to define how dangerous it is for the enterprise and to define the way out of the developed situation. Bankruptcy situation as a whole can result both in push of enterprise development to a new level if it is possible to pay off with the debts, and in shutdown. In this situation it is important to know the directions which Russian legislation suggests as a way out of the crisis state.
