With the development of market relations the flow of goods crossing the borders of Russia in the sphere of foreign trade increases. And it demands constant control from the state both for the purpose of economy development, and in the field of goods safety for the population. Foreign trade turnover is often accompanied by criminalization of its some participants who use counterfeit documents forging goods quality, their purpose and customs name. These lead to complication of investigation process and detection in customs business. Under these conditions the role of the institution of customs examination considerably increases.Downloads
