FORMATION OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STATE, BUSINESS AND TRADE UNIONS

Abstract

Formation of social responsibility at various levels of management is a necessary condition of social and economic modernization of Russian society. The state should behave as a social state, business should be interested in the development of human capital and social investments, wage labour should have possibility to protect its interests through trade unions.
