Abstract

The questions of internal personnel audit in the organization are considered in the article. In every organization consideration of internal personnel audit are different. It depends on the size of the organization, its organizational structure and it can vary depending on organization requirements. In the majority of the Russian organizations internal personnel audit is aimed at serving the needs of management of HR department. In the end, the aim of internal personnel audit should be improvement of personnel activity and minimization of possible risks of the organization connected with wrong management of personnel documentation.
