Abstract

Today the search for the ways of efficiency increase of construction business management can be directed toward the improvement of its certain management functions. Thus the complexity of decision-making results in the necessity of the division of functions and singling out of certain actions in the independent management subsystem. Monitoring function of the construction business effectiveness is one of these subsystems.
