Goal. The study is aimed at conducting comparative analysis of the formation concepts of business indicators system and determining their relationship to the challenges of digitalization and stakeholder orientation. Methods. The work is based on the methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, including foreign and domestic publications, comparison method to assess the characteristics of different methodologies, and method of logical generalization and deduction to identify trends and gaps. Results. A detailed comparison of six methodological approaches to the formation of indicators system was carried out - Tableau de Bord, Management by Objectives (MBO), Balanced Score Card (BSC), Hoshin Kanri, Performance Pyramid, Performance Prism. It is established that none of the considered approaches provides full satisfaction of the requirements of digital transformation of business and stakeholder management. The most common BSC model retains its practical value, but needs to be adapted to the digital environment. The Performance Prism model is characterized by comprehensive consideration of stakeholders' interests, but it is difficult to implement in practice and it requires a large amount of data. Other approaches (Tableau de Bord, MBO, Hoshin Kanri, Performance Pyramid) initially focus either on operational performance or on the internal goals of the organization, which dictates the necessity to modernize them to meet current conditions of the digital economy and multilateral demands of the stakeholders.Downloads
