Implementation of the Federal Program "Servicing Training" in Project-Based Learning: Results Evaluation

Abstract

The article presents the results of empirical study of evaluation of "Servicing Training" implementing as a practice-oriented project approach for student teams o fulfilling social tasks of the customers (NPOs, social entrepreneurship, social government institutions, and socially oriented business). The object of the research is KSPEU. The research methods are: assessment of servicing teaching practice within the framework of project approach and the theory of stakeholders through the project product and the educational result, in particular, revealed in retrospective view by the reflection method "Project Lessons". The results of the study are as follows. Involvement of "Servicing Training" in project-based learning was revealed. It has mutual two-way effects on the development. In particular, "Servicing Training" complements the project activities with social significance and effectiveness. It forms students' soft project management competencies (team and time management, interaction with customers and stakeholders, negotiation, and etc.). It arouses interest and approved response among the students in formation of spiritual and moral values in servicing for the non-profit sector. The practical significance of the research is in the fact that the results were concretized and can be used in operational adjustment of implementation strategy of the federal program "Servicing Training", and contribute to the primary scientific understanding of the existing practices of "Servicing Training".
