Content of Professionally Oriented Approach to Young Specialists Training under Modern Conditions

The article examines the prerequisites of content transformation of professionally oriented approach to the training of young specialists under modern conditions. Reduction problem of young people economic potential due to the refusal of young citizens to get professional education is highlighted. On the other hand, young citizens with higher education do not intend to work in their region of presence and/or get a job in a specialty obtained at higher educational institution. In this regard, it is especially relevant to study the content of professionally oriented approach to training young professionals under modern conditions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate content transformation of professionally oriented approach to young specialists training in ensuring their contribution to the region economy. The research is based on general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as graphical method, comparative analysis method, and the method of content analysis. It is about integrating the human capital of young specialist into the region economy on the basis of a set of basic guidelines, such as strengthening and developing traditional Russian moral and ethical values; professional development of young people, promoting their employment, job placement, attracting talented youth to the field of R&D, and in solving strategically important tasks of Russia's development.Downloads
