Digital transformation of educational environment

Abstract

Digital transformation of education is considered as a continuous modernization driver of Russian education system, leading to changes in education content, methods and organizational forms of work. It is assumed that formation and constant development of digital educational environment in each educational organization will allow to come nearer to the dream of continuing education regardless of the place of residence -personalization of educational process, i.e. the transition from teaching all at once to teaching everyone personally. The purpose of the article is to consider the state of the current stage of implementation of the target task of National Project Education as part of the federal project Digital Educational Environment. The article considers the most typical procedure mastering of the basic formats of distance learning by educational organizations with the emphasis on formation methodology of cognitive process. Transition to more complex organizational model involves not only financial support, but also new skills (service tools) of the teachers to increase the effectiveness of group interaction, teamwork and management of structural elements of educational process. The author identifies and analyzes three conditions for successful solution of the problem of intensive formation of innovative digital educational environment in the Russian Federation. The analysis of the data about the provided and planned resource provision in the materials of specialized portals reflects only the target state level without information visualization of achievements at the regional and municipal levels. The growing interest of teachers in the continuous development of personal digital competencies is especially important and statistically confirmed. The author's conclusion and recommendations are aimed at focusing attention on the role of a teacher, his problems and the desire to master very specific knowledge and skills necessary at the development of new educational content.
