Results of participation of Orel region universities in the development programs of Russian economy and social sphere

Abstract

A number of analysts consider the start of national projects to be the initial stage of global changes in the Russian economy and Russia social sphere. It is the period in accordance with which, a whole set of programs were developed and implemented on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation in fulfillment of the goals and objectives of reforming all spheres of activity in our country. Judging by the end of 2021, there are 14 national projects. One of them is the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of this national project, a number of federal projects are being implemented, including Personnel for Digital Economy. In 2021, the results of the Priority 2030 Program initiated by the federal project Personnel for the Digital Economy became a significant event in this direction. The Priority 2030 Program is aimed at forming a group of universities that will take a leading position in creating new knowledge and technologies for further integration into various areas of the economic and social sphere of the country, including developing solutions for the higher education system, spreading the best research and innovative practices, thereby making the regions attractive for life and work [2]. The involvement of regional universities and consortia created with their participation in the Priorities-2030 Program is the primary goal in implementation of the national project Digital Economy of the Russian Federation. Active position of higher school, mutually beneficial partnership of universities, public institutions, the state and business will become prerequisites for global study of this issue by scientists, practitioners and the public using methods of comparison, grouping and generalization of data.
