To create favorable business climate in our country it is necessary to introduce new mechanisms of public-private partnership so that it will be reliable for investors. investments into infrastructure in Russia are considered to be one of the most important and perspective for today, as it is one of the main drivers of growth and postcrisis restoration of economy. Importance of public-private partnership depends on the vector of the region development and on the correct development course chosen by the governors. Modern state of economy when business and the state are under certain stress risks management is of special value in the sphere of public-private partnership (PPP). Revealing of the best practices of risks estimation in PPP sphere, risks minimization of budgetary obligations can become the driving consequences of such risks. In the article the analysis of current state of public-private partnership including separate regions of Russia is presented. Measures of state support taking into account private business in the field of crisis management programs are considered. The necessity of further development of public-private partnership in order to execute the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 is proved.Downloads
