THE ROLE OF INSTRUCTIONS AND REGULATIONS IN EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF IT SUBDIVISION

In the article regulation and standardization of IT subdivision activity of the organization, and the role and place of working instructions in subdivision’s business processes are considered. Regulations are an important document for any subdivision of the organisation including IT department. It provides harmonious actions of both separate executors, and that of the sibdivision as a whole. Working it out it is important to stick to the principles of the document formation and to observe the structure characteristic for this type of document. Under condition of correct working out regulations have both direct, and indirect positive effects. The process of regulations execution is described in corresponding instructions. Besides the requirements of regulations it is necessary to consider the requirements of standard-methodical documents. Introduction of regulations and instructions requires to carry out a complex of preparatory measures in the organisation: pilot introduction; documents adjustment and so on.Downloads
