UNIVERSAL REPORT AS AN EXTENSION TOOL OF ANALYTICAL MECHANISMS OF 1С PROGRAMS

Abstract

The main objective of any information system of the enterprise is to gather information and on its basis to analyze and define the administrative influence on the enterprise business processes. To realize this purpose the developers of 1С software products have provided a wide spectrum of analytical tools. Standard and universal reports are among them. They are very flexible in setting and are accessible to any user in the mode of “1С:Business”. Standard reports can be generated on the system setting or to develop one’s own variant of the report, to set selections, sortings, groupings, registration and decodings of data for any of them, and to save unlimited quantity of variants of any report with different sets of options and derived data. It is enough for daily accounting. The tool “Universal report” allows the end user to realize his own analytical logic and makes it possible to analyze the data more profound (for example, to compare the records in the document and in registers on the basis of which it is filled) or to create one’s own report. It helps obtain the data inaccessible in standard accounting forms as it is made on the basis of the given lists, directories, documents, problems, business processes, plans of calculation and their tabular parts, registers of accumulation, registers of data, registers of calculation, registers of accounts department and their virtual tables. There are many variants of “Universal report” use, for example, correctness check of average earnings calculation suggested by authors of the article. It is a key indicator at calculation of medical certificate, holiday pay, travel allowance and other payments. In each case the average earnings are calculated in a different way and thus are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, therefore the degree of responsibility and the importance of calculation of this indicator are very high. It is impossible to check up calculation correctness with the standard tools of 1С software products, but the variants of “Universal report” suggested by the authors of the articles not only makes this check possible, but also obvious, convenient and information-intensive.
