Construction still pulls the economy forward involving in its orbit production of building materials, machinery and equipment claimed in this market. At the same time experts estimate the level of competition in construction today as average. Actually to improve the building market great legislative work should be made by the authorities. Among necessary measures there should be working out and acceptance of the federal law with the program of state support and development of small and medium-size business in construction, strengthening of antimonopoly regulation concerning monopoly investment-building companies and natural monopolists including control of their profitability level.Downloads
