Developed innovative infrastructure is the basis of investment appeal and favorable innovative environment of the territories. The urgency of the research of innovative infrastructure of the regions and municipalities is also connected with the working out of strategic plans and programs. Developed and balanced innovative infrastructure creates solid and steady against the crisis phenomena basis of the region and municipality.
