Abstract

Economic and financial-economic process is dynamic, and the conditions of its functioning as an object of management are constantly changing, which leads to different organizational situations and problems. These problems are often the most dangerous for the management of the enterprise and are accompanied by violation of the functioning process of separate elements of the managed object. All this necessitates the adoption of adequate managerial solution. In this situation, the question of forming such solutions which would be highly qualitative, optimal, efficient and effective is the most relevant. In this regard, the problem of professionalism and qualification of the employees and management personnel making various organizational decisions is of particular interest. It is obvious that in recent decades, the role of personnel evaluation in the enterprise management system and its informational and motivational value increases.
