VALUES OF EDUCATION: ROLE LIFELONG OF EDUCATION IN THE PROFESSIONAL SPHERE

Abstract

The article tells that education forms a universal model of behaviour and valuable guidelines and promotes mastering of really significant humanistic values. The most effective model of knowledge mastering is formed by means of continuing education which has considerable pluses in education of both young generation and in general the personality capable to be harmonious, developed and full-grown. The basic problem of the article is considered from the point of view of philosophy, axiology, ethics and education philosophy. The morals problems are besides discussed in connection with the basic aspects of education and pedagogics problems. The pedagogical science proceeds from the fact that axiological principles of some individuals are formed on the basis of universal values in the society which are theregulators of social behaviour.
