FEATURES OF WORK MOTIVATION OF MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES

Abstract

Personnel management includes several components. Manpower policy, staff interrelations and social-psychological aspects of management can be referred to them. However, the research of growth factors of labour productivity, the ways of creative initiative growth, and stimulation and motivation of workers occupy the central place. No control system will function effectively, if there is no effective model of motivation as motivation induces the concrete individual and staff as a whole to achieve personal and collective purposes.
