The problem of enterprises bankruptcy is very actual now. Almost half of new companies closes within 10 years. The majority of known corporations are rather “young“. On the average, the term of their functioning does not exceed 40 years. On the example of successful companies-long-livers the authors of the article investigate the principal reasons leading to bankruptcy and factors, predetermining long-term success.Downloads
