In the article the operating infrastructure of financial tools of the market of state purchases is considered and its new elements are suggested. Advantages of modernized infrastructure of financial tools are proved and possibilities provided to the participants of placing the order at the expense of the modernized infrastructure use are presented. The conclusion that Construction of modernized financial infrastructure in the state contract system of the Russian Federation will allow competitionincrease in the market of state purchasesconsiderably, first of all, at the expense of creation of favorable conditions for work in the given market for small-scale businesssubjects. It will make legitimate tools of contract execution and protect the rights of the state customers.Downloads
