Modern Methods of Organization's Staff Stimulation

The purpose of the study is to analyze modern methods of stimulating organization's personnel. The research methodology is based on the methods of system and strategic analysis, methods of document analysis, grouping, comparison, juxtaposition, and graphical and tabular visualization. The results of the study are characterized by the following provisions. Stimulating personnel of an organization implies a certain actions set of organization's management, which is aimed at improving the personnel effectiveness. In the opinion of the employees themselves the most effective tools among the main ones are: rewards and bonuses, the thirteenth salary, social package, vacation and days off, andetc. The analysis showed that there is a necessity of regular effectiveness evaluation of the motivation system based on such indicators as: subjective assessment of employee satisfaction, assessment of work behaviour, and productivity and efficiency assessment. This will allow identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current system, the factors influencing motivation of various categories of personnel, developing targeted motivation programs taking into account the activity specifics, increasing the overall effectiveness of the work by increasing labour productivity, reducing staff turnover and related costs, and etc.Downloads
