INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT PACKAGING ON CONSUMER PROPERTIES OF SUGAR PASTRIES

Abstract

The results of the researches concerning the influence of various packaging materials on consumer properties of sugar pastries during storage are presented in the article. Consumer properties of pastries “Jubilee tea drinking”, packed in polypropylene; pastries “Jubilee”, packed in polyethylene; pastries “Jubilee”, packed in two-layer packets (the first layer is parchment and the second layer is a designed label made of label paper), pastries «Jubilee morning», packed two-layer packets (the first layer is a package of polymer film and the second layer is artistically decorated cardboard pack) in 1, 2, 3 and 4 months of storage are determined.
