Very fast growth and differentiation of the demand for all types of information, including scientific, technical and, in greater degree, economic, and growth of requirements to the content and forms of this data are essential stimulus of the development of the market of information and communication technologies. Now the total world volume of the world market of information technologies exceeds two billion US dollars. Russia occupies the 13th place according to expenses on information technologies. Geographic distribution of information technologies sector is not completed yet and, consequently, Russia has a possibility to increase essentially the share in the world market.Downloads
