DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF RUSSIAN MARKET OF PROCESSED CHEESES

Abstract

In the article data analysis about the state of Russian market of processed cheeses and the development prospects of the market of dairy products is carried out. At present Russian market of cheeses and cheese products develops under complex economic conditions which are the result of food embargo. As a result, domestic enterprises have import substitution possibilities and it is a good reason for active development of Russian cheese-making production.
